A new bedroom extension to an 1830's end of terrace house. The new room is reached from the stair half landing, and uses sheep's wool insulation and bitvent sheathing in its wall construction. An existing glazed roof over the kitchen is replaced by a slated roof with rooflights, thus improving control over daylighting, ventilation and heat loss.
